  1. Love that facts tell and stories sell. Great points to remember to use on EVERY CALL… not how are you doing today, but the magic 14 words:

    WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES, WE HELP PEOPLE MANAGE THEIR EVEYDAY RISK.

    Have seen already difference in initial conversations.. sets the onset of the conversations right off that we are different..
